Service Description

Drop in to your body, release any tension, helps with anxiety and increase your range of movement. Outline A slow moving and nourishing 75 minute class - A longer class means more time for relaxation at the beginning and end of class with meditation and savasana. The main body of the class is led at a slow and nourishing pace allowing for a deeper exploration of each posture and more ground based poses. Great for evening or morning and set to a relaxing playlist.
