Open up stuck areas of the body and mind, mobilise the joints, access breath patterns that you can bring into every day life, build stretch and flexibility Outline A 60 minute yoga and movement class - We will start with breathing and stillness to reset the body and head to toe mobility exercises and then move through a dynamic and varied yoga practise. The class is a mix of vinyasa yoga and human movement with an uplifting playlist. About Hannah started her own yoga journey though a corporate class held at the company she was working at. Hannah has been teaching corporates since the beginning of her yoga journey after turning freelance and leaving the corporate world behind (previously a fashion buyer) Hannah wanted to be able to bring wellness into the work environment as she had found it so beneficial myself. Hannah also love's to teach the people that need it most, who may lead stressful work lives or are too nervous to get to a studio and watch them progress each week. Hannah always make sure that the hour or 75 minutes is fun and personable and not intimidating or too yogic as she knows that is one of the barriers to engagement.
