Outcome: Understand the benefits of mindfulness and be able to begin a meditation practice. This session will cover: An introduction to mindfulness and its benefits Benefits and challenges of starting and maintaining a meditation practice A guided body-scan meditation Tips on becoming more mindful in your daily life Appropriate for all levels of experience About Francesca is Psychodynamic Hypnotherapist and Transformational Coach with a focus on authenticity and wellbeing. Through coaching and hypnotherapy, Francesca help's people to reduce stress and anxiety, increase confidence and find clarity, improve physical and emotional wellbeing, and set and achieve meaningful goals. Francesca is a qualified Mindfulness Life Coach with a Diploma in Mindfulness Life Coaching from the Centre for Mindfulness in the UK. As well as being a qualified meditation practitioner and teacher, with a focus on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Insight Meditation practices.
