Outline The Design Audit ( for a new programme) Do you want to build an evidence-based wellness programme that creates lasting change? Dr. Heather supports companies who have no prior experience of behaviour change in creating a product or service that will be most effective at bringing about healthy lifestyle behaviour changes. This design audit will create an evidence-based blueprint from which you can create an impactful and lasting wellbeing offering. Example activities: Pinpointing behavioural barriers and enablers to entry, creating a behavioural map and identifying research backed behaviour change techniques to employ (and if required an evaluation framework). Deliverable: 30-minute phone call to understand what success looks like for you, a 3 hour in person or digital workshop to create your companies behavioural map and a follow up report and 30 minute call detailing the recommended next steps to create a behaviourally offering that works maximise the outcomes of your future wellbeing programme. About Dr Heather McKee is the UK’s leading lifestyle behaviour change specialist, lecturer, speaker and consultant. Having studied health behaviour change psychology for 10 years, her mission is to offer an evidence-based sustainable alternative to an industry saturated with quick fi xes and health fads. She works as a habit coach (working 1:1 with clients to support them in overcoming their barriers to healthy habits) and as a behaviour change specialist (supporting businesses in designing and delivering inperson and digital wellness programmes for long-term adherence and positive health outcomes). Her passion is in translating evidence-based techniques into real-life practices to help people build the skills, knowledge and confi dence they need to create lasting and enjoyable healthy habits. Her motivational science-based workshops have been carefully constructed to engage and empower audiences, giving them the tools they need to create lasting healthy habits. This means that by the end of the workshop, participants have a head start on the road to changing their behaviours. Dr McKee’s research has been published internationally in leading academic journals, as well as featuring in Time magazine, Huffi ngton Post, The Times, The Daily Mail and LA times.
