Service Description
Participants will know how to make three different smoothies to enhance their mental wellbeing. Outline An introduction to the link between nutrition and good mental wellbeing. Demonstration of three different smoothies using scientifically proven superfoods and traditional remedies. Some ingredients are unusual and exotic, some surprisingly familiar but all ingredients can be easily ordered online. Each smoothie based on a diferent element of mental health. Recipe Card emailed to participants. Karen has worked for over a decade in production kitchens, cafes and restaurants as a Head Chef. Karen love's to share her passion and enthusiasm for healthy, plant based food and show people how tempting and delicious it can be. She also love's to demystify some of the preconceptions people have around plant based food and show them ways to feed themselves well and with little time without having to buy a lot of ready made items. Karen enjoy's working with corporate clients because you get the chance to meet people from a diverse range of backgrounds and bring them together over good food.
