Richard has trained under multiple modern breath masters, including Wim Hof (famously known as ‘The Iceman’), Judith Kravitz and Dan Brule (Tony Robbins’ personal breath coach). This webinar can be used for both de-stressing and productivity. Breathing is the only system in the body that is automatic and under our control. That is not an accident of nature – it is by design. Understanding and using the breath purposefully in these times is a major skill if you want to feel healthy, happy, and still performing from home. More importantly it is key to feeling calm.
