Breathwork is the simplest, yet one of the most effective tools for transforming the state of your mental, physical and emotional health. In this session, you will be guided through an immersive breath experience designed to release stress, improve mental clarity and focus, and enable a greater connection to self, intuition, and creativity. What you will need: a space to lie down, headphones (for a more immersive experience), a blanket.
